Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Kabudex website and app. Please read them, together with the Risks page, before you connect a wallet.

What Kabudex is

Kabudex is a software interface. It reads public blockchains and public data sources, computes routes for orders, and prepares transactions that you review and sign in your own wallet. Kabudex is not an exchange, a broker, a custodian, a bank or an adviser, and it does not issue any of the stock tokens it lists.

No custody

You keep control of your assets at all times. Kabudex never holds your funds or your keys and cannot move assets on your behalf. Every transaction is created by your wallet when you sign it. Kabudex cannot cancel, reverse or refund a transaction once it is signed.

No advice

Nothing on the site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Baskets are lists of weights for your convenience, not managed products or recommendations. Figures shown on the site come from third-party sources and may be delayed or wrong.

Eligibility

  • You must be of legal age where you live and able to enter into these terms.
  • Tokenized stocks are not offered to US persons. Each issuer sets its own rules on who may hold or redeem its tokens, and you are responsible for following them.
  • You may not use the site if you are subject to sanctions, or from a country or region where using it would be unlawful.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the site to break any law, to launder money or finance unlawful activity, to manipulate markets, to launch tokens that impersonate a person or company or infringe someone's rights, to deceive other users, or to interfere with the site or the services it relies on.

Third-party protocols

Orders are executed by contracts and services that Kabudex does not own or control, including Uniswap, LI.FI and the bridges it uses, Morpho, Doppler and the issuers of the stock tokens. Their terms apply to your use of them. Kabudex is not responsible for their operation, their failures, their fees or decisions such as pausing a token or blocking an address.

Launched tokens

Tokens created through the launchpad are created by their creators, who are solely responsible for them. Kabudex does not review, endorse or guarantee any launched token, and their value can go to zero. The fee split described in the documentation is written into each pool and applies automatically.

Risks

Using blockchain software involves risks, including contract bugs, price volatility, liquidation, bridge failures and the loss of assets sent to the wrong address. The Risks page describes them. You use the site at your own risk.

Liability

The site is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Kabudex is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of assets, profits or data, arising from your use of the site or of the third-party protocols it routes to. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount of fees you paid to Kabudex in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may change these terms or the site at any time. The current version is always on this page with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
