Privacy
Kabudex has no accounts and sets no tracking cookies. This page lists everything the site keeps, every service it talks to, and the rights you have over any of it.
Who we are
This policy covers the Kabudex website and app (together, the site). Kabudex is an interface for tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain. It does not hold funds and does not ask you to register.
What we do not collect
- No name, email, phone number or identity document. There is no sign-up.
- No private keys or seed phrases. The site never asks for them; your wallet keeps them.
- No advertising identifiers and no tracking or analytics cookies.
What stays in your browser
A few values are kept in your browser's own storage so the site works the way you left it. They never leave your device unless a page says otherwise, and you can clear them at any time from your browser settings. The full list is on the Cookie policy.
Your wallet address
When you connect a wallet, the site reads your public address to show balances and build transactions. Public addresses and every transaction you send are recorded on public blockchains by design; anyone can read them, and nobody, including Kabudex, can erase them. The site uses your address to request data from the services below; it does not build a profile of you.
Services the site talks to
| Service | Why | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| LI.FI | Swap and bridge quotes and status | Tokens, amounts, chains and your address for the quote |
| GeckoTerminal | Prices, pools and volume | Token and pool addresses, from our server |
| Morpho API | Vault and market data | Chain and market identifiers, from our server |
| Yahoo Finance | US market session and reference prices | Tickers, from our server |
| Robinhood Chain RPCs | Balances, quotes, receipts | Your address and the calls needed to read them |
| Vercel Blob | Storing launch images and metadata | The image and fields you submit when launching a token |
| Vercel | Hosting | Standard request data such as IP address and user agent |
Requests made from your browser go directly to these services and are covered by their own privacy policies. Requests marked from our server are made by Kabudex and carry no personal data.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs of requests (IP address, time, path, user agent) to operate and protect the site. We use them only to fix errors and stop abuse, and they are deleted on the provider's normal schedule.
Launch submissions
If you launch a token, the image, name, ticker and optional story, website and X profile you enter are stored and published as the token's metadata. They are public by nature and are referenced by the token on-chain, so they cannot be withdrawn after launch.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (and the UK GDPR, or similar law where you live), you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable form, and to complain to your data protection authority. Because we hold almost nothing, most requests can be answered in a sentence; blockchain records are outside anyone's power to change.
Kabudex does not publish an email address. To exercise a right or ask a question, send a direct message to Kabudex's account on X, linked in the footer. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date. Material changes are also announced on X.
